We are living in a flat with 4 people (3 guys, one girl), and our roommate is leaving; therefore, a new room will be available from 1st of January.

🏡 The room is 16,7 m2 (unfurnished) and rent would be 550 euros flat (including Haushaltversicherung), excluding utilities such as elec,water,gas and wifi. The deposit is 1450 euros. WiFi is 10 euro per month, and water/electricity/gas is between 15 and 25 euros per month per person. Cleaner every 4-6 weeks is 15-20 euros per person

🚉 Just a 5-minute stroll to Thaliastraße and 10 minutes to Westbahnhof train station, which offers many connections to the city center. Supermarkets and other stores are 5 minutes away.
