Zimmer

Dein Zimmer ist in etwa 21m2 groß und sehr hell und wird unmöbliert übergeben. Der Boden ist aus Stein, was im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl ist. Zusätzlich gibt es für kalte Wintertage eine Fußbodenheizung. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und deshalb sehr ruhig. Die gemütliche Altbauwohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche, sowie ein Badezimmer und ein getrennt begehbares Klo.

Lage

Unsere Wohnung liegt im 9. Bezirk, direkt an der Ecke Währingerstraße/Spitalgasse und damit direkt an diversen Instituten der Universität Wien und der Medizin Universität. In 1 Minute erreichst du diverse Straßenbahnlinien (37,38,40,41,42,5,33), mit denen du schnell beim Schottentor (U2) bist und die U6 Station Währingerstr/Volksoper ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehnähe (Hofer, Spar, Billa, Denns Bio, DM, Apotheke). Ein Highlight ist die kurze Distanz zum Kutschkermarkt, den wir am Wochenende gerne besuchen und uns die Möglichkeit gibt regional und saisonal einzukaufen.

WG-Leben

Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir, deine Mitbewohner*innen (Lilli, Marlene, Vali und Johannes) sind sehr gesellig, kochen gerne und verbringen auch sonst viel Zeit gemeinsam. Die Wohnung ist unser Wohlfühl- und Rückzugsort, deswegen suchen wir eine Person, die das auch wertschätzen kann und auch Verantwortung im Zusammenleben übernimmt. Perfekt wäre deshalb eine Person, die vielleicht schon WG Erfahrung mitbringt und so wie wir Anfang bis Ende 20 ist. Unsere Interessen sind sehr verschieden, gemeinsam aber verbindet uns unsere politische und feministische Grundhaltung, Fußball sowie das Interesse für Kunst, Kultur und Kulinarik.

Sonstiges

Your room is about 21m2 and very bright and will be handed over unfurnished. The floor is made of stone, which is very chill in summer. In addition, there is underfloor heating for cold winter days, which makes it quite cozy. The room faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet. The old building apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom and a separate accessible toilet. 

Our apartment is located in the 9th district, directly at the corner of Währingerstraße/Spitalgasse and at various institutes of the University of Vienna and the Medical University. In 1 minute you can reach various trams (37,38,40,41,42,5,33), with which you are quickly at the Schottentor (U2) and the U6 station Währingerstr/Volksoper is only 5 minutes walk away. Due to the central location, there are various shopping opportunities within walking distance (Hofer, Spar, Billa, Denns Bio, DM, pharmacy). A highlight is the short distance to the Kutschkermarkt, which we like to visit on weekends and gives us the opportunity to shop regionally and seasonally.  

Our life together is very uncomplicated and relaxed. We, your flatmates (Lilli, Marlene, Vali and Johannes) are very sociable, like to cook and spend a lot of time together. The apartment is our safe place to relax, so we are looking for a person who can appreciate this and also take responsibility in living together. Perfect but not necessary would be a person who already brings WG experience and is like us early to late 20s. Our interests are very different, but what we have in common is our political and feminist attitude, soccer and an interest in art, culture and cuisine.
