Über das Studium:

Preliminary information: New from Autumn 2019!

The Bachelor‘s degree programme offers a broad and well-founded basic education in Business Administration with an international specialisation. The programme is conducted entirely in English. Students are trained to confidently address business and economic problems in an independent manner. They learn to link the principles of Business Administration, Economics, Sociology and Law in terms of content and to apply them to international issues.

Thanks to the specialized knowledge they acquire during their studies, upon completing their degree, students are qualified to identify problems in companies that are active in inter- and multinational settings and to identify solutions autonomously. Their in-depth analytical problem-solving skills ensure that they are well-equipped to approach business and economic issues and to find their way in different cultural spheres. In addition to the required subjects, students can choose from a wide range of elective courses. These include Digital Business, Marketing Skills, Logistics and Human Resources Management.

The programme teaches international Business Administration and Economics, providing a genuine preparation for an international career.

  • Students also gain important social skills during the course of their studies, allowing them to find their bearings in international cultural spaces.
  • The campus in Klagenfurt offers students excellent supervision arrangements, small seminar courses, and ideally-sized working groups.

Depending on the chosen specialisation, this one-of-a-kind degree programme provides the ideal qualification for careers in large companies that are active in inter- and multinational settings, as well as international organisations (NPOs, NGOs). Graduates can perform professional activities as specialists, e.g., in Marketing, Logistics, and Human Resources Management. In-depth expertise in issues concerning the global economy and culture, as well as communication and sustainability further enhance the international profile.
